Terms of Use of the Website

I accept the following terms of use - All images remain © to impressions Imprint P/L at all times with all rights reserved. Impressions Library Images which are downloaded as Comps for compilation into speculative designs may not be used for any other purpose including training, internal planning, educational documents nor for profit or for gain. Unwatermarked images may not be emailed to clients of registered users except by using the built in system provided by the impressions website to do so. Aerial photos downloaded as comps may not be used for real estate development planning or inter-office proposals without first being purchased. Only images licenced and paid for in full may be used under the terms of a single or multi-use licence as purchased. Images available for purchase may be removed from the library, or have the terms of availability changed by Impressions at anytime prior to purchase. Pricing is subject to change and final only at the time of purchase. Cookies may be placed on the customer computer to allow repeat customers to be automatically logged?in without inconvenience. Use of the website, associated search functions is a privilege which may be withdrawn without notice, if considered to have been abused. The functionality of the website may change without notice. Once an Image has been purchased, the purchaser, their employees or directors agree to respond in writing to an enquiry from impressions relating to the use of any image in question which is copyright © impressions imprint by providing the receipt number for the licence of that image in question. All downloadable files are in RGB .jpg format quality 9 or above and reside on a virus protected server. The download-only functionality will be checked regularly by impressions. Downloadable image links will expire after 7 days. Following download the user must make their own back-up copy of the download for safe-keeping. Problems regarding download must be registered with support using the relevant link on the My Orders page. Impressions is not responsible for non-functionality of the downloaded file due to lack of computer training in locating a downloaded file, virus blocking systems on the client computer, client server or enroute isp or for other pop-up blocking or security settings which inhibit the function of the website thereby delaying or effecting the download. Purchased images will may be downloaded or will be sent by Express Post on CDROM within australia or eMailed overseas.

Application of use

Products in the Impressions Imprint visual image collection are split into three categories - either single use hire, multi-use hire or as a Limited Edition Print. Images are made available under one of these categories depending on their legal usage. Single and Multi-use licences are not transferable. Prints are sold as final hardcopy prints by impressions and may not be copied or used in any other way. Single Use Hire licences permit the use of the image for one project campaign specified in the application and may not be used for any other project campaign, account, brand, product or service. That one campaign for that one Client may include multiple media types such as adverts, brochures and TV but excludes retail-photo-products. Multi-Use Hire images are sold on a royalty-free licence which permits multiple non-exclusive use of the selected image by that party for a one-of fixed fee for as many of the agency clients and campaigns as required which are originated by the purchaser but excludes retail-photo-products.

Permitted Use

Once purchased under licence each image may be used in a variety of ways to produce unique hardcopy works in the form of adverts, brochures, advertising posters and banners, point of sale material excluding retail-photo-products; Electronic works permitted includes unique multimedia, TV adverts and websites (excluding website templates) provided individual images are incorporated into designs in such a way as to prevent them from being copied or downloaded as separate images. Frequency of use is controlled by the single or multi-use licence hire (above - Application).

Prohibited use

Retail-photo-products including but not limited to : - postcards, calendars, data CDROMs, t-shirts, photo-mugs, mouse pads, framed prints or posters, canvas prints, large format Posters and Limited edition Posters are all Prohibited use. Retail-photo-products are considered to be retail, wether sold wholesale or retail or wether traded or bartered. Images may not be resold or on-sold.

Pricing - Australian Dollars

Inc GST - Images are individually priced based on licence type, resolution and creative content. Images and download-pricing promulgated via the website are not available through any other channel, and must be purchased through the website to gain access to those prices.

Refunds

All purchases are final and refunds will NOT be given. Prior to purchase Review - users may review the large Watermarked version of any individual image prior to purchase to fully evaluate their suitability prior to purchasing the full version in the form of Un-Watermarked licenced image.
